About Me
Self-determination is key to personal growth and well-being. Living an authentic life begins with understanding who we are, what we need, and how we can nourish ourselves in healthy ways. My goal is to help you achieve a life filled with happiness and freedom from distress, guided by a patient-centered approach to therapy.

My practice is founded on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with certification from The Beck Institute. I incorporate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and eclectic therapeutic modalities, recognizing that each individual is unique and requires a tailored approach. Therapy is a collaborative process where therapist and client work together to explore, process, and resolve the impact of adverse childhood experiences and other challenges.
I specialize in emotional regulation, self-soothing techniques, and support for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship difficulties. I love and adore neurodivergents, ADHD, ADD. I also work with adult children of alcoholics and addicts, I offer support to those affected by alcoholism and substance use disorder, whether as a direct participant in recovery or as a family member or friend. My expertise includes recovery from narcissistic abuse and providing interventions for those affected by domestic violence.
In addition, I believe in empowering clients with practical tools, and I often assign meaningful homework between sessions to foster growth and reinforce therapeutic progress.
I look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey, as we work together to create lasting change and a brighter, more fulfilling future.
